Though she’s lived in Tampa for fifteen years, Lisa Baylor grew up in small town Missouri and attended Webster University in St. Louis, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art and earning Art Department Honors.
The history of her work includes photography, mixed media, printmaking and more. Lisa is currently focusing on original artwork, select commissions and special projects. Most recently, she began a local conservation art project on the Hillsborough River - follow her progress on Instagram #HillsboroughRiverProject
Baylor has shown her work at several spaces in St. Louis as well as the Ashby-Hodge Gallery in Fayette, Missouri where one of her pieces is part of the gallery’s permanent collection. Her artwork is currently on display at the Carlton Ward Gallery and Salt Pines in Tampa's Hyde Park Village.
